LensMap — Terms of Use

By downloading or using LensMap ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

LensMap is licensed to you, not sold. Kavoon grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple Standard EULA.

In-App Purchases

LensMap offers an optional Pro upgrade and additional LUT packs via In-App Purchase. All transactions are processed by Apple. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's own refund policies. The Pro entitlement is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed in to the same account.

Intellectual property

The app, its LUT presets, and all included assets are the property of Kavoon. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute any part of the app or its content.

Your content

You retain full ownership of any photos you edit with LensMap. The app processes your photos locally on your device and does not upload, store, or claim any rights over them.

Disclaimer of warranties

LensMap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or iOS version.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kavoon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to the app or these terms

We may update the app or these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
